• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

3. Exchange Process:

• To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method or exchange.
• Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:
