We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Exchanges: a. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms. b. You agree to comply with the eligibility criteria and procedures outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy when requesting a return or exchange.

The content, photos, videos, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Platform are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability: a. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or products purchased through the Platform. b. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products purchased.
8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
